Practical, classroom-ready training for educators who want to save time, reduce stress, and stay ahead — through the AI shift
Artificial intelligence is reshaping learning, assessment, and student behaviour. Yet many educators feel unsure, overwhelmed, or wary of using it. They need clear, practical, ethical guidance that helps AI save time rather than add to their workload.

Educators don’t need another tech guru telling them to “just use AI.” They need someone who understands both the realities of school life and the organizational impact of emerging technology.
As a father of four and someone with a Master’s degree in Leadership focused on AI in organizations, I’ve spent years studying how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way people work, communicate, and make decisions. My graduate research explored the opportunities, risks, and leadership challenges organizations face as AI becomes more integrated into everyday life.
My work now focuses on helping educators make sense of AI in practical, ethical, and human-centred ways — bridging the gap between what AI can do and what actually supports teachers, students, and school communities.
Through professional development workshops and speaking sessions, I help educators build confidence, clarity, and time-saving workflows without hype, jargon, or adding more to their workload.

Understand what AI can actually do for educators — without jargon or overwhelm.
Bring practical, ethical, time‑saving AI training to your teachers (and admin).
Use simple, classroom‑ready AI approaches that make everyday tasks easier.

Teachers save hours every week on planning, marking, communication, and admin.
Staff feel confident using AI in ways that are ethical, practical, and aligned with their professional judgment.
Schools stay ahead of rapid change without overwhelming their teams.
Students benefit from more focused, energized educators.
Staff understand when AI helps — and when it doesn’t — leading to better, more consistent choices.
AI becomes a supportive tool instead of another source of stress or uncertainty.
Teachers streamline emails, reports, and parent communication without sacrificing clarity or professionalism.
Educators use AI to adapt materials, differentiate tasks, and meet students where they are.
Staff end the day with more energy, more clarity, and more time for what matters.
Without support, AI can feel overwhelming, risky, or like “one more thing” on an already full plate. Teachers end up guessing, wasting time, or avoiding tools that could actually help. And students lose out when educators don’t feel confident using new technology.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Give your staff the clarity, confidence, and time‑saving support they deserve. Book a workshop and help your school use AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and genuinely helpful.

Whether schools feel ready or not, students are already using AI tools for homework, studying, writing, brainstorming, and problem-solving. For many educators, the challenge is no longer if students will use AI, but how schools should respond in thoughtful, practical, and academically responsible ways.
This session helps teachers and school leaders better understand how students are actually using AI, where legitimate concerns exist, and how to respond without fear, panic, or unrealistic expectations. Participants will explore classroom scenarios, academic integrity challenges, healthy boundaries, and strategies for teaching responsible AI use while still protecting authentic learning and critical thinking.
Rather than focusing on punishment or surveillance, this session emphasizes clarity, conversation, and practical approaches educators can use immediately in today’s classrooms.
Length: 2 hours
Grade level: HS + MS teachers & admin
Ideal for: Beginners, intermediate, advanced
Prerequisites: None
Artificial intelligence is forcing educators to rethink some of the assumptions behind traditional assessment. When AI tools can generate polished writing, summarize information, and solve problems in seconds, many teachers are asking the same question: What does authentic learning look like now?
This session explores how AI is changing assessment, academic integrity, and student work — and how educators can respond in thoughtful, practical ways without falling into panic or surveillance-based approaches.
Participants will examine classroom-ready strategies for designing more resilient assessments, emphasizing critical thinking, visible process, discussion, creativity, and authentic demonstration of learning.
Rather than focusing on “AI-proofing” everything, this workshop helps educators think more clearly about what we are truly trying to measure, value, and develop in students in the age of AI.
Length: 2 hours

Today’s elementary students are growing up in a world where artificial intelligence is becoming part of everyday life (Alexa, Siri, Google, etc.) — often before they fully understand how it works. As AI tools become more common in homes, schools, and online spaces, educators are being asked to think carefully about what young learners truly need in an increasingly automated world.
This thoughtful and practical session explores the opportunities, risks, and developmental questions surrounding AI in elementary education. Participants will examine how to protect foundational literacy, numeracy, creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking while also preparing students for a future shaped by rapidly changing technology.
The session also includes practical classroom applications, teacher workflow supports, and age-appropriate strategies for introducing conversations about AI in ways that are balanced, ethical, and human-centred.
